These are great. The only surprise was that they are light green not white. That didn't bother me but someone else might be upset by it.

I ordered the new white version of the pads but received the older green version which were no good. Apparently they were both under the same # . When I wrote and asked for the correct ones they told me they were no longer available. Why they still show them on the website is a mystery!

I tried to reorder the original pads for this steam mop--the ones they show in the photo. Instead I got these green replacement pads that have ridges in them and streak the floor. Of course, returning them would cost more in shipping than it's worth so I'm stuck with false advertising. If anyone knows where I can find the true "original" white replacements, please let me know!

While I am happy with the product itself, I feel it was poorly advertised. MOST mop replacement pads are packaged in a 2 pack, and that is what I thought I would be purchasing/receiving since that is what the picutre showed. However, when I received my order, it only contained ONE mop replacement pad. I thought this was slightly deceiving. I wrote a review and Go Vacuum immediately asked me to remove because they would like to resolve the problem with me and make things better by giving me a credit to my credit card AND and send me additional mop replacement pads. I did not ask for this thought it was very nice of them so I removed what I wrote. Over 2 months have gone by and I have not heard a word from them, have not received a credit on my credit card or received additional mop pads. The fact that GO Vacuum agreed with me saying that the product description could be misleading, asked me to remove negative feedback in exchange to rectify the problem and then never follow through on their end is unacceptable. I will not buy from them again!

These pads worked well for removing dirt, but they got holes in them rather quickly.
