I am very pleased with this steamer. The first shipment the cap came broken..however, my problem was solved and I received a new electric steamer as soon as I notified the company and Amazon. Thank you again
Great Value January 1, 2009
I carefully read the manual and finally figured out that you just have to feel that the top is secure because the pressure valve will blow off a little steam otherwise. I had my truck with frozen shut doors and windows after an ice storm and thought of using this steamer for that problem and it worked beautifully. If it had not been so cold I would have steamed my upholstery in the truck. Since then I have used it for that. This product is a great value for the money and a time saver, much better to steam the inside of the microwave and wipe it down than use cleaners in a food area.I use it to clean dog beds and refresh the "stuffing" while I am washing the covers. Common sense will let you think of more uses to make your home a cleaner place.

This product is great and for the price too. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't hold enough water, which is why I give it 4 stars. did a great job cleaning the bathroom.

I absolutely love this steamer!! I saw an infomercial for another steamer and decided to research them. So the other one got horrid reviews and after a little research I found this little dream machine that was a great price and got great reviews. So I took a chance and let me tell ya I hate cleaning and this not only made cleaning fun but cleaned my stove top, my oven, my bird cage (blech hate cleaning the bird cage), my floor under my stove, my windows, my sink, track for sliding glass door that gets disgusting - all like brand freakin new. It's amazing and the price makes it even more spectacular. I highly recommend!

Works good but, wish it held more water so I could clean larger areas without having to refill so often.
